It can be bought at Quarrel Falls or Henge of Denravi. You could also do the Hot Springs Murders quest near the hot springs place.

Could some1 please tell me wat 'hot springs murder' quest and where to get the quest...? i kinda need to be able to heal my minions earlier than quarrel falls which is after all the darn forest missions when im only just in bergen hot springs.... Thx in advance for those who help point me in the right direction...

Pretty sure you get that quest from a guy standing out in the middle of the Nebo Terrace. Should be located near the target in the Weaver of Nebo quest.
